ROYAL HORSE launches ADAPT, a range adapted to every kind of situations.
Leader in equine Nutrition, ROYAL HORSE confirms its determination to provide new and innovative solutions by launching early March 2010, its new range ADAPT.
The Adapt range helps to optimize the sport but also the breeding performances :
- MOS (bio-regulator of the intestinal flora) to secure the digestive tract.
- L-carnitine, vitamins B to improve the sport performances but also to optimize the fertility of the mares and studs.
- Organic selenium and vitamin E to optimize the cell protection.
- A CAB to help recovery from sustained effort.
- Vegetable fat contents to optimize long efforts (optimal ratio omega 6/
omega 3)
- Moderated starch content to avoid digestive troubles (colics, laminitis)
- Adapted energy to allow an ideal form weight.
- Chelated zinc for a better bio availability.

MOS : Digetive security
MOS are prebiotic.
They act as bio-regulator on the intestinal flora by capturing pathogen (harmful) bacteria which are then eliminated from the intestine through the dung. MOS encourage the development of beneficial flora (Lactobacillus) and make the digestive tract safe. MOS have an effect on the immune defences by stimulating the level of immunoglobulins (antibodies) in the blood. MOS help to increase the level of immunoglobulins in the colostrum, and also the antibodies seric concentration in the new-born animals, which leads to a better resistance to various stress. The milk composition of the mares fed with A MOS enriched feed is richer in proteins. The foals presents then better condition and live weight.
Adapt : a new range
The adapt range consists of five pelleted feeds and two flaked feeds. adapt feeds, intended as a supplement to forage, cereals and/or grass, are particulary appetising.
